Since the begining of war in Ukraine, I have been coaching numerous refugees facing the challenge of moving abroad and helping them to integrate smoothly into the German market. I work on migration, career and/or professional orientation coaching, which is possible in 🇺🇦 Ukrainian and 🇬🇧 English.
This solution is 100% financed for those based in Germany and registered at the Job Center or Agentur für Arbeit.
What It Is
AVGS Migration / Job / Orientation Coaching offers from 60 up to 100 UE (Academic hours) and provides a comprehensive exploration of the many aspects involved in professional integration and growth on the German job market. Together, we will examine your values, strengths and longterm vison to gain clairty on small steps on the way of achieving more.
I will accompany you with job application documents (Resume, Cover Letter), process of the diploma recognition (Zeugnissbewertung), preparation of the documents on the recognition of the regulated profession (Anerkennung) and many more.

The given program is suitable for those, who are registered at Job Center or Agentur der Arbeit in Germany and have a chance to request the so-called AVGS-Vouchers, allowing 100% financial coverage from the public authorities.

For this, a relevant Offer (Angebot) from a licenced coaching centre in Germany will be helpful. Simply send me a message saying that you need one (Angebot), and I will get back to you with the up-to-date details. It is free of charge and will give you the overview of the AVGS Coaching program.
If you already have a voucher, the next step is its activation. The coaching centre I partner with will take care from this step.
